Introducing Corsa Media House: The Team Behind Corsa's Digital Growth
Most businesses hand their entire digital identity to a company that does not understand the business.
We tried that. It is how nearly everyone starts, and it works right up until the moment you need something specific, or you need it quickly, or you need to leave.
What we did instead
The website you are reading, the articles on it, the photography of the cars, the search structure underneath it, the system that routes a customer enquiry to a phone that actually rings, and the estimating software the shop uses were all built by the same people who work here.
Not because building it in house is inherently virtuous. Because the alternative kept producing things that were almost right. An agency can build a competent website for a body shop. What it cannot easily do is know that a customer searching for a repair on a particular exotic model is a fundamentally different person from one searching for a wrap, and that sending both to the same page wastes them both.
That knowledge is not in a brief. It is in the building.
That team is now a business
Corsa Media House is the same operation, available to other businesses. It handles websites, custom software, search, content production and social media.
It is a separate company from Corsa Automotive. If you came here to get your car fixed, it has nothing to do with you, and we are not going to sell it to you.
The part that actually matters
There is one commitment behind it that is worth stating plainly, because it is unusual and because it came from experience rather than from a positioning exercise.
Every client owns their own infrastructure, from the first day.
The domain is registered in the client's own registrar account. The source code lives in the client's repository from the first commit, not delivered as a zip file at the end of the engagement. Hosting is billed to the client and administered by the client. The data, meaning customers and orders and enquiries, belongs to the client and can be exported at any time. Analytics, search, email and advertising accounts are opened in the client's name.
If the relationship ends on a Tuesday, nothing switches off on Wednesday.
This sounds like a small administrative detail. It is not. The single most expensive thing that can happen to a small business online is losing control of its own infrastructure, and the way it usually happens is not malice. It is that nobody thought about it at the start, the accounts were opened by whoever was convenient, and years later the business discovers that the thing it thought it owned is sitting in somebody else's account.
We know what that costs. That is the entire reason the policy exists, and it is written into the agreement rather than promised in a meeting.
What it has actually built
Four live properties, all of them running real businesses, all of them linked from the Corsa Media House work page so anyone can click through and check rather than take a description on faith.
The social channels are part of the same story. The Corsa Automotive Instagram account passed a hundred and seventy thousand followers, built from ordinary work days in an Orlando body shop rather than from advertising spend. Every audience figure on that site is published with the date it was measured, which is a low bar that most agencies do not clear.
Why we are telling you
Two reasons.
If you run a business in Central Florida and you are frustrated with your website, your search visibility, or an agency that takes three weeks to change a phone number, there is now somewhere to go that is run by operators rather than marketers.
And if you are a Corsa customer, this explains something about the shop. The same instinct that led us to stop accepting an almost-right website is the one we bring to a repair. We are not comfortable with things being approximately correct.
