Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
Corsa Auto (“Corsa Automotive”, “we”, “us”) is an automotive repair, collision and customization shop located at 620 N. Hastings St, Orlando, FL 32808. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or bring a vehicle to us, and what we do with it.
2. Information We Collect
Contact information you give us: name, phone number, email address and mailing address.
Vehicle information: year, make, model, VIN, mileage, license plate and service history.
Service and payment records: estimates, repair orders, invoices and payment status. We do not store full card numbers; card payments are handled by our payment processor.
Website usage: standard server logs and basic analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location, used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
3. How We Use It
We use your information to prepare estimates, perform and document repairs, contact you about your vehicle, take payment, meet our legal and warranty obligations, and improve the service we provide. We contact you about your own repair order by phone, email or text, depending on how you asked to be reached.
4. Text Messaging and Mobile Information
When you give us a mobile number while requesting service, an estimate or an appointment, we may text you about that repair order: estimate follow-ups, approval requests, status updates and pickup notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Full text messaging terms, including program description and frequency, are in section 9 of our Terms of Service.
5. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to do the work or where the law requires it:
Service providers who operate on our behalf, such as our shop management system, payment processor, and email and messaging providers. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
Insurers, warranty administrators and parts suppliers where they are involved in your specific repair.
Legal and safety: where we are required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
As stated in section 4, mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing and are never provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep service and repair records for as long as needed to support warranty, safety and legal obligations, and to maintain the vehicle history that documents work performed. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.
7. Your Choices
Texts: reply STOP to stop, or ask us at the counter.
Email: reply and tell us to stop, or use the unsubscribe instruction in the message.
Access and correction: contact us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion where we are not legally required to keep it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
9. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
